General Shipping Information
- United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
- Most orders ship out the next business day (M-F) after they are received.
- FREE SHIPPING - We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $75 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
- There is a $7.99 shipping charge on all orders under $75 to be shipped to destinations within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
- Additional shipping charges from UPS and USPS that result from incorrect information submitted by the customer will be charged to the customer. Please verify the shipping address.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
- Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
American-classroom-supply.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

- We use UPS and the US Postal Service to ship to most addresses in the continental US. If you are unable to receive packages using either of these services please let us know when you place your order.
Express Shipping, Next Day and 2-Day Air packages
- On UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.
- Orders received after 2 pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day.
- We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
- Large, bulky, or heavy items may incur additional Express (air) Shipping charges.
- Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information.
- The Shipping rates in the chart below are averages. They may not reflect the cost of shipping the items you order to your address. Our web site will post an average cost for Express Shipping. This cost will be adjusted up or down to the ACTUAL cost of shipping your package via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air. However, the actual cost of expedited shipping may exceed the estimates given, sometimes significantly. Your card will be charged the actual cost of the shipping. If you would like receive a better estimate of the costs, please contact us prior to making the order.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories Shipping Options
- We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories.
- Please see the section above regarding international shipments. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
- NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.

- We ship via UPS and USPS Airmail.
- OUTSIDE THE US48 -- FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown on your invoice represents the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package. Your credit card will be charged the exact cost of shipping your order.
